Photos: Mostly-native-planted front garden

I've been lurking here on this site for a couple of years. I so enjoy seeing the garden photos people post. Thank you everyone! I'll finally add mine:

This is a front yard garden in an LA neighborhood of small houses on half-size lots. We've lived here 2 1/2 years. I replaced the grass and impatiens borders with natives when we first arrived, but left the trees and mature rosebushes. A few more non-natives have crept into the garden over the last year, but the contents are still mostly plants that are native to this area, or else to parts of northern California or Mexico that aren't too far away.

It was supposed to attract wildlife, especially hummingbirds nad butterflies, but it's small, shady and dry, and actually the watered non-native-packed backyard has a LOT more wildlife. Oh, well. It still smells fabulous, and I get so much pleasure out of it.
