Thanks for the kind comments. I'm glad you guys had fun. Some of you left before I remembered I was going to give everyone a packet of peony poppy seeds. Contact me with your address if you didn't get one and want one and I will mail it to you. The peony poppies are a tall (3-4') Asian poppy with large red peony-like flowers that last for several days. During the Heard's garden tour that particular plant received the most comments from people. In the first photo on top you can see the poppy in the center-left portion of the photo just behind the pink rose. Scatter these seeds sparingly otherwise you will have to thin them out. A few go a long way.... They should be surface spread (not buried) during the fall/winter. Stagger their planting a couple weeks each time to ensure a long lasting spring/summer of flowering.

Thank you to everyone who send in seeds and participated, it helps make this one of the best swaps around ... and a HUGE TREMENDOUS thank you to Heather. The amount of time and effort that you put into this is amazing, taxing I'm sure, but so much appreciated by all of us. Thank you for organizing this swap again and for taking the time to help make sure that we all get some of the seeds that we really really want, and a great variety of new ones to try as well! I wish I could send you something off your wishlist as a thank you, but I took a look and don't have any of them ... your wishlist in much the same as mine in some respects, lol! But I did want to let you know that they arrived, and to thank you for all the time and effort you have put into this!

I'm doing some dividing and thinning now as growth starts. I'm in Willingboro, Burlington County. I might want a few Cannas, but that's it. It's not worth a mail trade, but you can stop by on a weekend or late afternoon.
