Orphaned Luna Moth Eggs

MissSherry

A third luna moth mating took place in my big cage yesterday, and the third female left as many eggs in the mesh as the other two together. There is no way I can raise as many lunas as I've now got eggs, and there are still cocoons yet to emerge. I'll have to figure up a way to put these eggs in a container on sweetgum trees so that the hatchlings can easily crawl to the leaves, unless forum members will take some of them off my hands.

If you want some luna moth eggs, please let me know how many you think you can handle. Lunas are about the easiest big moth to raise, so success is practically guaranteed, and you'll have our most beautiful (in my opinion) big moth!
