The Pink Mist is a medium size and the other pink is a small size. The small was pinker then the Pink Mist, however, it began as more pink, but turned whiter with age. The Pink Mist is almost completely white save for the small hint of pink in the center. I got them from this vendor. The small black is outstanding. The dark pink I got at the nursery, and it is medium size, and it dusty dark pink with good color. I took a photo at the garden show of the Pink Mist, they had cut flowers that looked fairly pink. Then when I grew it, I got the disappointment results, but took a photo any way. Then this year the worse of all, the flower were less pink then ever. All of them were treated fairly, feed, water, slaved over. That neon green looking throat is a huge bonus! I just received Party Pinafore not too long ago! I bought it back when the diamond dusted thread was going on! I can't wait to see it with my own 2 eyes! Maryl, the cheapest I found it for was $20 at Aren't I Pretty Daylilies. I see Stamile made a TET conversion of it. Wonder if it still has all the diamond dusting? Aaaahhh, Gossard! He is impressing me more & more as I get to see his cultivars out there for sale. I plan on making a trip out to Ohio next summer with a gardening buddy & plan on seeing his garden as well as a few others out that way. I am planning on buying these cultivars when I get there. My Aunt lives in MN & planning on going to Emmerich's one weekend next summer too. This will be my 1st experience going to a 'pro' daylily farm & am really excited about buying them 1st hand instead of the internet.

Two things I learned after living with the pepto bismol and "aquarium" bedrooms in my old house. Check under the carpet, you may have a great wood floor under there. You can paint a wood floor, grey is a great color to paint it, easy fix. My advice to you is RIP OUT THE CARPET NOW, while it is easy and you still can! I "worked around" a teal carpet in my master bedroom, and regretted it every single day. Carpet in one room isn't going to set you back that much. You deserve to have a master bedroom you love and that speaks to you, not an accommodation to someone else. Oh, and blue highlights pink, so you need lots of brown and yellow and tan and red to tone down the pink. Think of that carpet as very, very light red if you keep it. But don't keep it. Rip out the carpet. Just do it!
