Hi all spiny friends,
Here are some recently acquired unrooted offsets of
Hechtia species from Mexico, via Rare Exotics in Ca.and a pair of Dyckia marnier lapostollei var.estevesii pups.
Presently trying to develop roots in some perlite, under
flourescent lights. No species names given, but a couple have some features for likely ID's. Time will tell.
Not much eye appeal right now, just not-so-cute babies, but maybe some day.Their parental clumps can be seen on the Rare Exotics web site.[see Bromeliads]
