Here is what they replied to my "WHY??" email:(looks like we all need to make friends in Canada or Mexico!) Kristi

Thank you for your email.

It is correct that we will not be shipping to the USA after the current orders are filled. There were some problems with the USD-APHIS, but last week we have received their permission for exporting to the USA. Only do we have to fill in so many different forms for each parcel now, that it is impractical and not profitable anymore to accept orders from the USA. We are preparing now the existing orders (including all this paperwork) and we will send them out as soon as possible. Right after shipment you will receive a notice by email.

I feel sorry for them. What a bummer. You can only do what's best for your business. Silly APHIS. Were they worried that Royal Colors was importing drugs or something? hahahaha I shouldn't joke about that. That isn't nice. But seriously, what is their deal?

Dear Xuan, You are too funny... and Cindy with her Perrier bottle..! Well, my Olay bottle is 4oz yours is 6oz only for some reason my bottle looks huge! I've haven't used OE in years but it more than once lost inbox or something database. Once from a Microsoft update threw all the databases into the trash, hah. Usually pretty easy to fix. Import or merge, easy once you find the file path. Path or name problem to the inbox.dbx or whatever file name. This site probably be good reading.... Oh, I laughed out loud. I swear I've gotten every e-mail mentioned. One day I flushed the toilet while in a short nightgown, and I felt a drop of water hit my leg. So I did throw away my toothbrush and I always have a cover on it now (not the one I threw away! a new one). Thanks for posting this, it made my night. (Oh, and I had my hand on the mouse, too.)

Do you know what the scoop is?? What's your take on this? Disease, parasites, etc? Honestly RC bulbs were some of the nicest I ever got.
