Seeds that must be planted fresh

Hello,

I've collected some shrub and vine seeds that cannot be allowed to dry out and are said to need planted immediately. All require cold stratification to germinate. Additionally, one species (a dogwood shrub) is said to need a warm period followed by stratification. I used the 2 liter bottle design and I've planted the seed in them. Should I keep the seeds inside untilo Dec.? The one herbacious species I've collected, Jewelweed, I believe can be stored dried. It is recommended that the seed be kept cool, but my fellow family members have barred seeds from the fridge. Can I keep this at room temp til Dec?
