I bought this plant nearly 2 years ago at a yard sale but have since forgotten what type of bromeliad I was told it was. It has just started to bloom so I thought now would be a good time to see if anyone can id it. The edges of the leaves are very seratted and at the pink stalk(?) there are little purple flowers that are about to open.
