November 2014 what looks good/bad/awful in your garden?

Happy November, everyone! It certainly has started out a bit cooler than I'd like, hah, but then again, I'm a heat lover and I know a lot of people are loving the cooler nights these days, my aeoniums and geraniums, especially, hah!

What's looking good/bad in your garden? For me the good is lettuce, petunias, calibrachoa, morning glories, lantanas and lots of flowery fluffy stuff, including lots of self-sown and Grant-sown nasturtium seedlings.

What about in your garden? We love updates, pics or not!

Here's a quick pic of a Down Under pot (I'm addicted to them, they're tacky AND fun at the same time) with a young wax begonia in it. The begonia has adjusted to its new life and is making good progress.

My variegated "amaryllis", Hippeastrum reticulatum 'Mrs. Garfield' is just covered in flowers. Such a great, white-striped, evergreen type of bulb that sits outside all year in afternoon shade:

And finally, a quick pic of some nasturtium seedlings popping up among the flowers of "Mexican heather", Cuphea hyssopifolia.

Okay, your turn. Keep us posted!
Happy gardening,
Grant
