Exotica Pictoral Cyclopedia of Exotic Plants

If anyone is looking for this book, which I think is one of the best ever compiled, they have a copy on ebay selling for $34.95. The same book is listed at Amazon.com for $185.00. If you've never seen this book, you are really missing out. No, it's not my book that's for sale but I do have a copy. ;-) Just thought someone might be interested. It has over 1800 pages and is filled with pictures and all kinds information.

    Bill this is an old book too. It it was published in 1976 but from what I have read it is still one of the best publications in print.

    Hi Anne, this is by the same author but it must be the 1st one. I think there were 3 in the series.

    I have Exotica and I am looking for a modern version of it.

    I hope that one day they will update this book- it inspired dreams of one day visiting the tropics, when I first discovered it, in the early 1960's. That's why I am living in Hawaii now.
