Flowers, flowers, and more flowers... (Part 2)

Ahhhh, finally I'll get to post this. It's a lot easier now with high speed internet and a new pc BUT I lost a LOT of my picture files that were stored in my old pc and these pics are what I got to save in my photobucket. I still do have my flower pics stored in my camera memory stick. But will have to do them all over again.

So for now, here's some pics I hope you all will enjoy...

Let's start with the orange colored ones.

Orange Sovereign...Huge, red/orange rounded blooms. Large sturdy plant but reliably blooms every year.

Naranja...Huge long lasting orange flowers. Newly acquired this season and is looking to be a large plant too but more compact leaves than Orange Sovereign. This bulb gave out 3 scapes. Bloomer...I hope so!

Solomon...I just love this one. Medium tangerine orange flowers, medium sized plant. Slow grower for me. This is it's third season and it never failed to bloom for me every year. It actually gave out 3 bulblets which I seperated early spring and one of it also bloomed. I think this pic is the bulblet's flowers. Lovely...just lovely!

Now some reds...

Floris Hecker...Medium sized red flowers and plant, reliable bloomer too.

{{gwi:422317}}

Bold Leader...Red shimmering large flowers on short stalks (a common SA variety characteristic), medium sized plant.

Some bi-colored ones...

Razzle Dazzle...Medium sized, compact plant, reliable SA variety

{{gwi:422319}}

Carnival...Bigger flowers than Razzle Dazzle with longer lower petals, medium sized plant. This is where I got my Carnival X Papilio seed cross last season. The seedlings are doing good.

Showmaster...Red dots, stripes/markings, picoteed petal edges that gets frilly as it ages. This one's got it all! It DOES NOT look like Charisma or Temptation. Color varies according to temperature exposure. Very pretty in person!

And last but not the least, for this thread anyway...

Peaches & Cream gives out 8" summer blooms

{{gwi:422322}}

A beautiful mystery...
