Spring Sowed Basil and Beans

Because most of my WSed Basils were no shows, I did them again, using two lids from those foil bake pans. I transplanted the seedlings into pots and let them stay there for a few weeks. Now I just transplanted them...I had three 4 in containers each of Nufar, DiGenova, and Genova, all of them with several seedlings in them. After putting three yard long rows of them in the ground, I still have two pots left of each of them. I'm happy :-)

And I Spring Sowed green beans, just for a lark. I have something like 8 seedlings. I put them all in the ground too.

I just love this. It makes me look so much like a gardener! :-)

-- The Lettuce Leaf basil was one that did grow from WSing...they are healthy plants and we're having pesto tonight! Love the leaves on the LL...gonna have to do that type every year!!
