Sulfur and oil based spray

I just bought some sulfur dust to dust my bulb before I try replanting it. See Surgery on Nymph for the story.

About the sulfur, it says on the container: "Do not use SULFUR DUST within 30 days of an oil spray. Do not combine with an oil spray.

Somewhere I read that combining the two could kill the plant. :(

Schultz Garden Safe 3-in-1 Fungicide/Insecticide/Miticide has Clarified Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil as the active ingredient.

Has anyone had any problem using the 3-in-1 with a bulb dusted with sulfur prior to planting? I suppose it might be wise to wait at least 30 days before spraying.
