Chico and friends

Chico, which I ordered from RoyalColors on 11th Mar, delivered on 24th Mar, bloomed yesterday, 8th Mar, which 15 days after planting.

I am impressed and in love with the blooms, the petals are spidery, tiny and fragile looking ...

The scape is slim and tall ... like a supermodel!

I read it here that Chico, being a DIP, is a bit choosy when it comes to pollination, so, I need to be careful in choosing its partners. Any thoughts or recommendation from the experienced hybriders here?

I have the following as the potential mothers : Tosca, orange Puniceum, red Puniceum, Mrs Garfield. Would I try on all of them? Later on I will have Gervase to try.

And I have the following pollens to cross with Chico : Tosca, orange Puniceum, red Puniceum, Mrs Garfield, Ragtime, the red and white. Since I only 4 flowers, I need to choose carefully with the one that have a high chance of taking. One flower will be selfed, so I am left with 3.

Thanks for looking, and any advice is much appreciated!
