If you are talking echinaceas, winter sow them. If you refrigerate them you won't get a cold strat (if you need a cold strat) unless they are in a moist medium.

Pink Double Delight is one of the best, if not the best, echinaceas. It has a compact size. It has many blooms, probably more than any other double. It is healthy, winter hardy and can tolerate some partial shade. It also has a unique leaf shape (a smaller, more oval leaf). It is similar to the Razmatazz variety, but has a softer pink color of bloom on a shorter plant. It also holds its blooms very well. The stems will not be falling over or needing staked. The plants look like little neat round mounds. You cannot go wrong with this plant! Trust me. This is a must have plant!

Rosethyme: I don't want to dissuade you from ordering from Forest Farm per se. However I have ordered from them several times and this year it was a disaster. In short half the order was unacceptable and I had to beg, threaten and hold my breath to receive any cooperation from them. At this point I would go without something before buying it from them. But that's just me. They do have an incredible selection and this was the first time I have ever had any real problems with them after ordering for the past three years.
