If you have your pictures hosted on a server somewhere, you can simply link to them using simple HTML codes. EXAMPLE: my photo's are on a hosting service called "Sparedollar.com". SO, to insert the pic within the body of this image, my HTML code is as follows: http://members.sparedollar.com/russjack/Mum_Garden_1650.jpg" height="500" width="375"> Now all you'll have to do is replace everything in red! This info is utterly outdated, even on GW right before it was taken over by Houzz. You can't post photos the way this thread describes anymore. Now, if the photo is on your computer you just click the photo button below the post composition area and navigate to the photo you want to upload, or you can link to a photo on Houzz. You can't like to places like photobucket anymore. ETA To clarify, you actually can link to sites like photobucket, but you will get a text link, not a photo appearing in the post.

I tried to sign up but it kept telling me invalid password. Maybe it signed you up, and you accidentally missed it, or you already have an account with them? Maybe try going to the link below, and checking the box Forgot user name or password and fill out the next page. Once you get a pic loaded there, you will need to hover cursor over the pic in order to see the codes. Left click on the HTML Code (and it will briefly flash 'copied', and then come paste the code into the message box here.
