Welcome, lyonroselove! I look forward to seeing your blooms and pictures of your terrace. It's so wonderful that we can share across an ocean and continents! I'm just building my garden as well and don't yet have many of the "old" ones, but my list of "must-have one day" keeps growing! I hope to get some once-bloomers this year so I can see them next spring. Due to our suddenly cold spring, I don't expect blooms for a while, except for Aloha which was kept under glass all winter. She has 5 developing buds which should help get me through to the real deal. P.S. I think I asked this before, but didn't bookmark your reply, Barbara so I apoligize in advance if that's the case. : (( Do you have the plants listed on HMF that you grew in your various gardens. I'd love to see what did well for you in Ohio.

Slumgullion -- Everything here is a little delayed. When we should have been getting rain, we had temps in the 90's, and East wind, drying everything out. Quite a few roses lost all or most of their foliage. Never mind removing old foliage . . . Old, new, in-between . . . They all went. So, the poor roses needed to start over, late.
