down here in adrian.. we had 10 weeks of hard drought this summer.. and high heat.. it does weird things to what one might consider 'normal' ....

all the leaves will fall after the first hard frost, if not sooner.. color change is probably lost for this year ... its a variable show.. year to year ...

The pears here are all over the place with their color. The more stressed out ones in industrial lots with more suckers at the base seem to change earlier. I find their fall color to be inconsistent. A very mild november and you get to see it.

The smaller silver maples turn slower than the larger ones on my street. The larger ones a a crispy light yellow after a couple nights in the upper 20s.

Personally i wouldnt worry much unless they are new transplants from a warm climate or greenhouse. How big of trees do you have?

Flowering pears are usually the last to color up and drop their leaves. That's a big cause of them suffering early winter ice damage. Late nov or early dec is usually when I see that happen on those. Silver maple I have no idea.

Thank goodness I left that very part of MI long before the pear scourge hit (early 80s). Nonetheless, presuming the trees weren't planted this year (and who plants silver maples these days anyways), IMO color on silver maple is hit or miss as weather plays havoc with them.

Most of mine have changed with the exception of 1 Jap Maple,1 sawtooth oak, and 1 english oak, the 2 oaks are still green. We had a good frost a couple days ago too, it is evident on some of the plants, but these 2 are being stubborn.I promised the Eng Oak to the neighbor because there are 2 Eng oak in the same spot from seed so I don't waste a good tree I'm waiting for dormancy and it is taking it sweet ol time. But the reason for it, since the 3 trees are very close to each other, must be that the location is sheltered from wind in a sort of courtyard type location, high wood fence, building and Nor spruce blocking wind. If you have a microclimate too, maybe that can explain it, if not sorry I couldn't help.
