horse chestnut from seed

Hello, I have a "horse chestnut" tree. At least that is what most call it around here. It is the only one in our little valley and is approximately 70 years old. When we moved here it was in very bad shape and produced very few nut and they were very small ones at that. Now it is doing much better and this year there are ample nuts and very large ones. I am interested in started some of these to try to get a few more trees of this kind. I have tried in the past with no luck. So I seek advise now and would welcome any suggestions.

Thank you so much!!
