Looks like it to me - this link provides some info on removing.

It's PI. The reddish tint on the younger leaves is a giveaway.

If you don't have much, just pull it up and throw it in the trash.

I use plastic grocery bags, 2-3 of them at a time. Put your hand inside and pull them up over your forearm. Grab the PI and try to pull it all out of the ground. Then pull the bags down over the PI, wrap it all up and toss it in the trash.

I will try pulling it tomorrow, after it rains.
I'm thinking of buying a herbicide too (Ortho Brush-B-Gone) because I don't just have poison ivy, I have oriental bittersweet & honeysuckle.

Keep in mind the oil from the plant can easily get on your clothes. Becareful removing them and put them immediately in the washer - and keep pets away it gets on them and on you when you pet them!

Wear very heavy gloves and dispose of them too when you got it all up. Pull the gloves off upside down. If you do get PI on you, try a hydrocotizone cream in the drugstore. My grandson has PI right now, and they applied the cream and its not itching him.

I think I survived my first battle with PI intact, and so far, itch-free.
Of course it's possible the PI survived too -- I will be checking vigilantly! :)

Good luck. I've been battling ours since we moved here in '93... some years I break out, some years I don't - most of the time I think it's the dogs sharing it with me.

Just yesterday found a lush patch of it behind the roses so today bought a honkin' big jug of concentrate PI killer, mixed up a batch, and emptied it on everything that even looked suspicious. I noted it was in flower already... good grief. Here's hoping I set it back a season or two. Between that stuff and the grapevine, some years we don't see either the roses or the burning bush in that section of the yard.

One day I'm just going to cement over it all. ;-]

Just pulling it didn't work for me - apparently I didn't get ALL of it and it came back gangbusters.

I do tend to wait for a cool (cold) day and layer on the clothing. When I'm done I peel down like a banana turning inside out as referenced in other posts. I try to wear old things from hubby so that I can just toss them and not even deal with the wash.

This year I'm using the Ortho poison ivy killer AFTER I pull things out - just for double safety. I want this stuff GONE GONE GONE
