What color is your ceiling? It doesn't look bad to me where your wall color hits the white ceiling, so I would go for white trim (but keep those beams wood!). Be careful with colored doors. For one, they're an issue if and when you ever go to sell. But more importantly, charcoal and black are cooler colors and would probably look better with white, not cream, walls. (White trim works with them). As for stairs, you can do it either way but I would keep railing wood and balusters whatever you decide to paint the trim.

A few suggestions about your room before drapery panels. BTW it would be helpful to see the windows. Keep the TV cabinet straight and turn the TV using an adjustable bracket or turntable. You wall selections are too small and the space is bordering on being cluttered so either create groupings of like items or take items away

What is your lighting ? Often what makes spaces look yellow is indandecsent , Edison buls in your fixtures much more than your floors Make sure all you bulbs are LEDS 4000K and seeif that helps . Also you need to post pics of your space Your cream wall color could have a n effect too.
