What do you think of stone bathtub for your bathroom? Someone shared experience that he spent US$300.00 for Kohler Villager Cast Iron Tub, so I think it is too expensive for Bain at the price about US$3000.00, which definitely could be available in stone too. Actually, the producers would be able to custom make different design for you too. You could select design from their website or provide picture or drawing for duplication. I can't tell if it is in the BASEMENT, or if it is in a lower walk-out story? Does the floor daylight? If you aren't paying a premium for the hottub, I'd remove it if it weren't my taste. I'd not pay extra for it. And, I might adjust my price down a bit due to it. Nothing else, in the pictures, screams "ISSUE" to me. Just the DW placement is a little tight, I think, for the sink location.

A vote to create an "outdoor kitchen" area with your grill -- and find or make a long table (maybe a tall counter-height one with a shelf under it for storage?) for a food prep area? The table could sit against the end of the garage (?) wall .... and could even have lights for prep too. Maybe hook up an outdoor sink for cleaning and even garden work? Try moving the table area into the middle of the patio -- and then create a sitting area on the side. Many shops will have end-of-season sales soon ... IF possible -- try running some electrical power and place a fountain (on a bed of paver stones) and herb garden in the center of the grassy area at the end of the patio (just out from the current location of the wood glider) That would make a very nice focal point for the whole area.

enduring, we ordered the 30" Bellwether today. I was really hoping he'd change his mind and decide on the 32". We would have had a lot more options. The 32" I saw today had a really bad case of the "dimples" :o The entire outside surface was very dimply. I'm hoping mine won't be as bad. Is yours like that? Ohhh, turn the overflow upside down! As grungy as he gets, I'd be concerned about the finish getting scratched and what I could and couldn't use to clean it with. He said he didn't want a "plastic tub". I like my acrylic air tub but I can't use abrasive cleaners (like Scrubbing Bubbles) and it can scratch pretty easy.
