Newbie finally has some babies!!!!! Now what do I do?

I was so excited to see some green in those 2-L bottles ... with all the snow & yucky weather we got, I was really starting to doubt, but lo & behold, on Monday I went and checked on them and have little babies in about 1/3 of them.

So far I have:

Sunflowers

Dianthus

Crazy daisy

Hollyhock (rec'd from a generous member here - sammyqc)

Lavender (really excited about these!)

Venidium

Malva zebrina

Woo hoo ... happy little green dance :)

I am still very nervous about caring for these babies though, having never grown anything from seed before (except carrots!).

Should I remove the lids (weather has finally warmed up significantly here - lows of mid-30s and highs of mid-60s expected for the next 4-5 days)?

Should I leave the lids on the ones that have not sprouted yet?

Thanks for any help you can offer - I really have very limited experience gardening... that didn't stop me from jumping in with both feet though, and that is because of this forum!
