Agree clearly this is a Harvest Forum post. Also sounds like a very weird recipe from a site that is well known for unsafe canning information. You've got some real mis-understandings of canning instructions going on. Relishes are NEVER pressure canned and green beans are only pressure canned for 20 min for pints and 25 mins for quarts. No idea what BBB recipe you are talking about that calls for cooking relish for 3 hours. Dave

Thank you all. I really like that garage. That is really neat. I don't have windows in my shed so I was going to do the windows if I can find some wooden frames that is, and put mirrors in the frames. I have lots of mirrors I have found here and there that I can have cut to fit the windows. Thank you all again. Keep me in mind if you see a decorated up shed or garage. :)

FYI - Individual seeds are started in 3oz Solo bathroom cups 1/4" deep in Burpee grow cubes under grow lights set 2" above the cups, and adjusted to be 2" above leaf growth for the next three weeks. - Potted up, first leaves cut off and buried at least 50% in Al's mix in translucent 16-20oz drinking cups at 3 weeks and moved outside to the east side of the house under the soffit where they get SOME morning sun but mostly filtered sun to shade most of the day for another 3 weeks. - After another three weeks lower leaves cut off again and also buried at least 50% into their final containers in Al's mix, then into filtered sun/shade on the south side under an oak tree canopy for 3-5 days, then into full sun on the south side in the garden on Friday night or Saturday morning so I can watch them for two days to make sure they don't suffer any sunscald or get too dry and/or drown if we get torrential rains.... After that, they're usually hardened off enough to survive.... Tom

Late to the party, but just took pix so figured I'd post. Potted up most of the peppers to individual cells weeks ago, but still have Alma and Tequila Sunrise from Bill multiples per cell. Hope I don't kill them separating them. They're up front on the right (with white envelope in front) - don't they look nice? These won't be transplanted for another 4 weeks at least.
