Falling In Love. Newer introduction. Only thing I can find less then desirable about it are the thorns (it's a Marilyn Monroe offspring). Nice sweet Fragrance.

Sweet Surrender. Powerful fragrance. Opens up like a hybrid tea, then flattens out like an old garden rose. Fragrance to die for.

I second FIL. Gorgeous blooms and very vigorous. I got my huge bareroot from Rosemania and now it is as big as bareroots I planted last year. Absolutely gorgeous. It is scary thorny but once it leafs out you can't see them. Nice bush shape.

Secret has been my best re-blooming pink this year but I don't find the fragrance to be anywhere as strong as Tiffany.

For a good fragrant pink ht, I love THE MCCARTNEY ROSE. It grows tall and blooms well, has little disease and the scent is delicious!

I like Elle. It has beautiful pink flowers, a little like Tiffany, but with a touch of yellow in the center. It smells very strong, as strong as Tiffany. I don't know about rain tolerance. It rains here all the time and Elle seems to do well, but then so does my Tiffany.

Awareness is a bloom factory in my backyard, and it rains more here than anywhere. It has a gorgeous fragrance, attractive foliage, and the flowers are long lasting.

Another vote for Elle -- her scent is incredible and her coloring is gorgeous.

And another vote for Elle. I admire her delicate shades--a hint of apricot in the pink/yellow in the spring, but I noticed this morning that the past few weeks of 100 degree temps bleached out the apricot--just a gorgeous pink/pale pink with touch of yellow at the base today. She's also fragrant, a bit fuller bush than many HTs, and quite good on disease-resistance. She's a keeper!

I was going to say 'Tiffany'...what roses can stand up to rain?

I like 'Elle', too. But mine seems a bit stingy with the blooms. Maybe she needs more heat. We are barely 76º today and it's Aug.8th! Now watch we'll hit 90º next week. ; )

Another vote for McCartney Rose although it's not disease free but the fragrance makes up for it.

Liv Tyler (very strong ripe apricot scent), or April in Paris - I planted it this past winter and it gave me three flushes of about 50 blooms at a time. Quite fragrant.

Hmmm, I'm assuming you and I are in the same climate and Tiffany IS my best pink fragrant hybrid tea: strongly fragrant, great disease resistance no spray, good cut flower. I don't notice that it dislikes wet weather more than others. I grow Elle, The MacCartney Rose, Secret, and Perfume Delight and while all are strongly fragrant, all have more disease problems than Tiffany, so I couldn't really recommend them for the PNW (for no or low sprayers, anyway.) Elle is the most similar to Tiffany (very similar fragrance, similar yellow interior, and better cut flower) so you might want to start with her and see how you find her to open up in the rain. (PS Her growth habit is short and spready, where Tiffany is taller and more upright.)

Have you seen Gentle Giant? I saw a bed of these at Washington Park Rose Garden a few weeks ago and was pretty impressed-BIG, BIG flowers and a good moderate fragrance. No personal experience, but maybe another possibility?

I meant to say above that I will be trying Pink Peace next season, but I've already seen that it gets rust here-ugh.
