I got mine, grafted, from Robbie's Rosemania this past spring. It will be a few weeks before his offerings for next spring are posted, but I seem to remember it being available there both this past year and the previous year.

I don't know what region or climate you're in, but there are some different rootstocks to choose from. In addition to the ones mentioned above, all grafted on Dr. Huey, you could buy from Edmund's. J&P is still around, and Vet's Honor is still in their catalog, even though they're overall selection seems to have shrunk dramatically.

KandMRoses.com, that is, Jim Mills in Buckatuna, MS, sells terrific roses on Fortuniana rootstock, the best rootstock for warm climates, so long as you don't get very hard freezes. $25 per plant, minimum order of 2 plants--any combination of varieties, if you are ordering by mail. A little pricey, but about par for fortuniana-grafted plants. He sells Veterans' Honor.

I got a nice one this year from Edmunds. S&W Greenhouse, another firm with a good rep, ships no later then February and that's just too dicey for me in my climate, so I went with Edmunds. I got it precisely because I was/am a little nervous about some of these J&P roses disappearing as soon as J&P runs through already grown stock. No one has bought them out of bankruptcy, and they still hold the patent on roses such as Vet's Honor. What will happen to those roses under patent is anyones guess. To the rest of commerce such things as the value of a particular rose may not mean much, and they could be archieved (or worse)tossed into oblivion...Maryl

I got mine from J&P. It was a boxed bare root I bought at a local nursery. I'm pretty sure it's grafted although lately J&P was doing more own root roses.

I thought J&P got bought by first by Wayside and then by Gardens Alive?
