Has anybody else noticed?

Now that my escapade with planting the roses from RU, I made my evening vigil to get the JBs. They mostly have taken a hike. I found one on my Mr. Lincoln and one on my Abe Darby, but I found very few on even my Malva, which they love. Isn't this a little early for them to leave? It seems to me that last year I had them way into August. My roses do look peaked though--the leaves are pretty well chomped. Could it be because our weather has taken a turn for much cooler? Very unusual, I believe. - I had just purchased some netting and was going to wrap them up.- Barb
