I am curious as to whether these two classes of roses will be successful in a North Texas garden. I live about a 45 minutes shy of the Oklahoma/Texas border. We have generally mild winters where temperatures hang around the 40s-60s, until we get our chills where the temperature drops to the 30s for a week or so. This cycle repeats a few times over winter, and then usually around February we receive snow that will hang around for a few days.
Is it plausible that I would be able to grow Albas and Gallicas at all here?
Thanks!
