Unfortunately, all of these should have been planted when you received them :-(( Some don't store at all well (lilies) and several of the others were stored through their natural growth period - that may adversely effect their viability. And it would be helpful to know exactly how you 'stored' them.

Lilies - plant them ASAP. These bulbs never go fully dormant and don't store well for any length of time. They should be plump and firm. If soft or shriveled, they may be too far gone to do anything.

4 o'clocks - not technically bulbs but a tuberous tender perennial that is generally treated as an annual, as they are not hardy below zone 8 but reseed freely and often winter over in that state. I'd wait on these but I doubt you will see much activity from them next season.

Iron Cross - this is an oxalis and not hardy in your zone. It is often sold as an indoor foliage plant in colder zones. I'd go ahead and pot up and keep indoors in bright light. It may or may not do anything but oxalis are pretty tough.....it depends on its storage conditions.

Dahlias and glads are tender summer flowring bulbs. These should be stored for the winter and planted out in late spring. Whether or not they will produce next season depends on how they were stored. The dahlia tuber should be firm and plump (like the lily should be) and the glad corms firm and hard - if shriveled or soft, they could be too dessicated (dried out) or beginning to rot and should be discarded. These are often overwintered in just barely moistened peat or sawdust or wrapped in barely damp newspapers and stored in a cool, dark location, like a basement or cellar or a garage that remains above freezing.

Lady's mantle, Alchemilla mollis, is also not a bulb at all but a super hardy perennial - zone 4 at least and probably zone 3. Why they indicate it should be lifted and stored over winter is very odd. Plant it now. This is also a very tough plant and as long as it was not allowed to dry out excessively in storage, it should be fine.

The orchids are impossible to comment on. This is a very generic term that covers dozens of species, all with very different growing conditions. Tropical orchids are generally grown as houseplants or in a greenhouse. Hardy terrestial orchids should be planted in the ground but again, there are many species with varying degrees of hardiness. We need to know more specifics before we can provide you with good advice. None really benefit from any kind of prolonged storage, however.

When I first received them I stored them in the vegetable drawer of our spare fridge (no veggies in there, by the way). For the past month or two, they have been stored in our garage in the original box.

Also, the orchids were specifically named "peacock orchids".

I believe that peacock orchids are a kind of glad. Last year I stored mine the same as glads as gardengal mentioned above.

Last year I misplaced a bag of glads in the spring and found them in the fall. They were overwintered as above. Most survived and were planted and flowered this year.

Another situation where common names confuse the issue :-) Peacock orchids are not orchids at all but a gladiolus relative, Acidanthera bicolor. As noted above, they need to be dug and stored just as you would the glads.

Your method of storage sounds pretty good for most of these, as long as there was no fruit or vegetables stored in the frig at the same time. You should have some decent results with most of these bulbs/plants, following the above guidelines.
