Gladiolus bulbs saved for 2 years?

For several years, I have grown gladiolus (a hybrid type, I believe) in the garden, digging up the bulbs and taking them in for the winter because they probably won't survive the winter in the ground. I have stored them in trays in a fairly dry area of the basement, and they have always come up fine the next year after being replanted in the ground.

This past summer, I never got around to planting them, so they have been in the basement for a year now. Does anyone know if they are likely to still be viable next summer if I try to plant them?
