Can I winter these 3 perennials over in pots in the garage?

Hi everyone. I am hoping I can get some advice from more experienced gardeners than I.

I have a rectangular plastic pot filled with 3 young perennial sunflowers (helianthus multiflorus Flore Pleno) which I got from Bluestone Perennials this past summer. They flowered beautifully this summer, but are still young.

I also have 3 separate well-draining pots (pebbles filling the bottoms) of agastache Tutti Frutti.

And I also have 1 pot of Eryngium. I haven't gotten any of them into the ground this year. I was wondering if I could winter them over in our unheated garage for the winter, and water them just a little, but not so much that they'd be soaking.

Any thoughts? I just haven't felt that great this past summer/fall, so haven't been doing a lot of digging.

Thanks for any help!
