That was a fun excursion for me! While there, I looked at your August slide show and caught up with the posts I hadn't read yet. You are getting very fancy in your writing! My DH and I were in Raleigh on our way to the Outer Banks a couple years ago. We stayed at a downtown motel, I think a Day's Inn. I had looked up used book and antique stores, and didn't realize the streets on my map from the internet were condensed, and those stores were not in walking distance after all. DH was not happy about driving around the town with what he thought was too much traffic, but we found some good used bookstores. Happy Fall, Sue

Mayalena, I am sooo jealous it is clear that you and idabean had a blast. Your photos and descriptions were really wonderful thanks for so generously sharing your trip with us I am sure it took a bit of time to put it together. I suppose dtd and I will be living near one another as I think I was born to live in the Thomas Gardner home. You were about me being attracted to the naranjilla plant and as much as I love it's leaves I think the fruit is really cool too.
