a great Fourth Of July!!! God Bless America and God

Bless You All!!! May every rose that blooms for us be a

beacon of peace for our troubled world. Let's continue

to do our part to make the world a more beautiful place.

Hey Devon, that's pretty great, I'm impressed:)
Going to be in SLO for part of the 4th, a lot cooler at the coast than in the valley which is supposed to hit 107 or so. Have a nice safe 4th yourself.

Thank you, Marlorena! Rosemoor make a delicate looking confection of a bouquet. I am thankful for my American heritage, of course, but also for our English heritage. England gave the world Henry Purcell composer, Jane Austen, Charlotte Bronte, Charles Dickens, John Bunyan, writers and Ronald Colman, my favorite actor - A Tale of Two Cities, the respite of afternoon tea, and of course, English roses. We love our neighbors across the pond as we celebrate our own country today.

Here are mini flags in the front bed with the coleus. The 4th of July parade I normally do with the Mustang club was canceled, no surprise, so that’s a little sad. I really look forward to it every year. We are done super early by 10:30. DH is grilling now before it gets to the predicted high of 94. I did 8:30 Zumba step aerobics on the deck, and it was pretty hot already. We have an industrial fan we can use on the deck. It also helps keep the mosquitoes away.

Devon - Happy 4th to you as well - this would be my first as an (almost) official US Citizen :o) - been a green card holder for 8 years and finally decided it was time to take the next step and become a citizen - just passed my interview and it gets official on the 24th of July.

an American. I'm sure July 24 will always be a special
day for you. It's always good to welcome a fellow "lover
of the roses" to this country. Just having you and your
roses here, makes our country an even better place. A
big welcome to you!!! Hope you, your husband and daughters,
