Thanks, H D! A friend tipped me off. I'd been gathering samples for ages without finding the right thing, and I don't think I would have found the "Terra Nova Mediterraneo" submenu on Mexicantiles.com without a tip. Here are some closeups:

Hi - these 2 colours sit increasingly further clockwise on the Color Strategist Wheel, away from Pale Oak. They will likely apoear a a little cooler by comparison. So in your setting, they are somewhat less likely to shift quite as pinky-purple. Sometimes, just moving a few degrees can make a difference, sometimes you may have to move a whole lot further to mitigate colour shift. These are a both a touch darker (lower Value) than Pale Oak + more colourful (higher Chroma). They have the capacity to appear a little greenish where Pale Oak reads well for you. But maybe less likely to do so where Pale Oak looks a little pink/purple. If either is too dark? Then you need a colour with higher Value. If either is too colourful? Then you are looking for a colour with a lower Chroma. If these still read too pinkish? Then moving further clockwise again could help mitigate that. Viewing large paint chips or samples in your space, with your lighting will help indicate how they are likely to behave for you. #huefamilies #value #chroma

If your wood floors extend beyond the kitchen, you should use the same color as throughout the adjacent areas. Otherwise, you should pick a color you like. Something that will contrast with the mahogany furiture, so probably lighter rather than darker. Avoid gray.

This is still under total construction so not the best pictures. Built ins will be in about 2 weeks but want to order cabinets that will go with the pale oak walls. I attached a picture of the flooring here and the kitchen cabinets (white) and island (black). The patio door is a Marvin black door with 2 sliders and will be arriving the end of this week to be installed. I can build on this thread as more is installed. This room will have a lot of light though with the 4 paneled sliding glass door on one side and there are 3 windows on the left side. The built in wall will be on that far empty wall and would like it to take up the whole wall, possibly incorporate white shiplap as well. Not the best pictures here as it is a night view and not all bulbs installed in ceiling. Will take day time pictures tomorrow. There will be 6 LED hi hats in this room as well
