Are commercially sold baby roses treated with systemic stuff?

Hello everyone,

In my search for spray-free roses for my Maryland garden, I decided to try Oso Easy varieties. I bought a baby Oso Easy Mango Salsa rose. I potted it up upon arrival from a mail order company about a month ago.

It looks amazingly healthy. The foliage is dark green, no BS, no holes.

My question: can I be happy already or I should wait another year to conclude that it is BS proof or highly resistant here?

Do commercial growers treat baby roses with systemic chemicals before sending them to buyers?

Thank you!
