Is there any hope for my trees?

Last spring I planted two 12' Royal Robe black locust trees and they did very well, in spite of our Texas drought (I watered them faithfully all through the summer/fall). This spring they bloomed beautifully and had added over 3' in height - they had nearly doubled in canopy size from last spring.

However, we have had so much rain this spring and summer that I'm afraid they may not make it. One has lots all but a few leaves and the other is nearly as bad.

We haven't had any rain in about 4 days and the ground is slowly drying out. When I lightly pruned a couple of branches, there was still green under the bark.

Is there anything I can do to save these trees?
