what engine does it have? post the model number.

it has a 13HP OHV One Cylinder Kohler engine, I know that it has a clean air filter and the plug wire is well connected. I also cleaned out under the deck etc, very well, and nothing has helped

Some easy things that should be done anyways would be to replace the spark plug and fuel filter plus drop the carb bowl and clean. Run fuel through the fuel line ahead of the filter before installing to allow any water/ debris held up behind the filter to exit into the pan. That way to you can confirm what fuel goes to the engine is clean and the flow is good. Know that the fuel pump on these can hold debris as well. This way you know where you start. If the problem continues, note if there is fuel in the filter or not when it dies. Things such as a vent plugged in the fuel cap or failed fuel pump. The ignition coil commonly will cause this condition too.

I suspect dirty carb. As Tom explained drop the bowl and look see it you find a bunch of crud. I would also blow it out with carb. cleaner while I had the bowl off directing the carb cleaner nozzle up the center and in any orfice holes You see. You can check spark when it dies with the plug out, connected and side of the metal part of the plug grounded against the engine head making a metal to metal connect, you should see a blue spark at the end of the spark plug while somebody is setting on the seat with pto off and parking brake set.

LT133 began to slow down and even with full choke stop. I relaced the spark plug, air filter,fuel pump and carburator. It now wont even kick over. Before I resort To C4 any suggestions. Fred

ok guys..i got a 13 year old lt133..the pug for the lights came undone and got under the mower..according to my deere place it is suppose to have a 20 amp fuse inline..well it does on the new modles..not mine..wont turn over ..nothen..any answers
