Pile is nearly finished - now what should I do?

Hi there - I have a 3x3 compost pile in a circular wire bin. Twice this spring it's reached 130-140 degrees, and the first time it stayed there for at least 3 weeks. It cooled off sooner the second time, maybe because I stopped adding coffee grounds. I turned it this evening and hoped to take some out for gardening, but it wasn't quite done - a lot of dark stuff, most vegetable matter unrecognizable, but some of the shredded paper was still in clumps and there's still a lot of straw.

Since a lot of it was very dark and almost ready, I added more straw to help aerate it. Not sure that was necessary.

So I won't be able to use it to start my square foot gardening beds. Should I try to heat it up again, or let it sit for a while and start a second pile?

Thanks for any advice!

Pat
