Can't find it, anyone know?
If you have a Briggs & Stratton engine #28N707-0131-01. It does not have one.
If you have a Briggs & Stratton engine #28N777-0174-01. It is located on the of the engine block. In the photo the oil filter is black with a yellow sticker.
