Trees haven't cornered the market on autumn splendor. Add these flowering perennials for a foliage sight to behold
Full StoryI love mass plantings of amsonia and have an area in mind, but my spot gets eastern exposure until about 2 pm. It's amended clay soil. Annabelle Hydrangea is doing well there, ostrich ferns get kind of crispy in the summer unless I water a lot.
Does anyone have success with this exposure for Amsonia?
