One way to protect greenhouse plants during the cold

Hello All,

Long time, not post.

I have a HFGH 6x8. A trick I have employed this winter is to spray the plants with Cloud Cover. I have always done this throughout my garden, as I have about 1,200 perennials, and hate to lose them to frost/cold (sorry, no snow here). I decided to spray the plants in the HFGH, and all are happy campers through the cold.

I've read a lot about insulation and heating on this site. For those who don't have too extreme temps in the winter, Cloud Cover might be a simple solution. I just put it in one of those sprayers that are used for weed killer, etc. Works like a charm.

Cheers,

DG
