Will septoria, early blight propagate in aerated compost tea?

All,

I have one or the other in my garden soil and I used it as a starter in several batches of ACT (Aerated Compost Tea). Will the bad guys grow as well as the good guys in my ACT?
I'm certain one or the other is in my soil be caused this year's happy little seedlings are pretty sick. I may be able to salvage a few of the 2 dozen or so starts, but they got infected within a week of transplanting them into a coir/vermiculite/garden soil blend.
I am assaulting the soil with a blend of trichoderma and good guy bacteria to reduce the infection - I hope. I'm using a commercial mycorrhizae mix that has beneficial bacteria and trico's.
Anyways, I used it on the lawn and garden and I'm concerned I've spread
the crud everywhere.
