Briggs I/C or Intek repower

Found a free Snapper RER that needs a repower as it has no engine at all. I have no history on it. The main question I have is this. When I visit the Briggs website it lists Intek engines as having pressure lube. However, new RER's have a Briggs motor with an Intek sticker and they are splash lube. My beef is why list Inteks as having pressure lube when I/C engines are being labeled with Intek stickers? I basically see no difference in an I/C and an Intek except pressure lube in an Intek that apparently doesn't exist on an actual machine. It's just something I noticed when poking around for an engine. I'll ask my Snapper dealer what he thinks about it.

Anyway, I think I found a nice Honda that may work. Any suggestions before I move forward? I'm sure I'll have to get new throttle cables and double check mounting orientation to ensure everything has clearance. I've never tried a repower so this should be interesting. Snapper RERs have always been easy for me to work on so I'm looking forward to only a few roadblocks. Any suggestions would be helpful.
