New soil amendment stump grinding question

Ok, here's the deal, i'm also expanding my upper garden area this year where my boxed in raised beds are. We had the huge ice storm 2 months ago, many trees down etc. Anyway, i had a hickory tree uproot right on the edge of my new garden area inside and accross my fence...bummer I also had a real old oak stump in the inside edge of the fence in the same area. That area approx 10x12 FT. gets a ton of afternoon shade. I just had my two hardwood stumps ground out today. the one area is mostly stump ground type sawdust, but the other is porbably half dirt, half fresh sawdust mulch mixed. I planned on moving my two blueberry bushes and my three blackberry bushes to that area soon. Both were new transplants in the garden last year. Can i plant them in the fresh sawdust dirt mix? Can i use that area to plant any vegetables at all?, or should i just make it my compost area for a few years?
