Name That Plant!

help needed on name two unknown plants

Hello all,

This is my first message!!! Woohoo!!! My name's Lucien and I'm just starting paying attention to plants. I'm starting to put some everywhere in our appartment... Unfortunately, there is 3 plants at home I don't have a name for, there cannot research how to take care of them. Maybe someone here could help me?

For the first one, the seller told me the name but I forgot it before i arrived home. For the two others, the seller (a corner store) didn't know what they were :(

I think #3 is a lace tree philodendron (Philodendron selloum). Look at the link. :)

What is that white stuff on it?? Does it wash off?? I have mine in filtered light most of the day with a bit of morning and afternoon sun. These are one of the hardiest Dracaenas because their leaves are not as soft as the rest. I would make sure the soil is nearly dry before watering. Ed

I think your third one is Philodendron selloum, tree philodendron.
