Name That Plant!

Name this tree With fragrant White flowers and

This tree, 10 feet around by 10 feet high has very fragrant white flowers, petals drop off leaving pink flowers with blue seeds inside. It loses its leaves in fall, blooms in summer. All these pics taken October 1, 2008. It grows easily as many seedling sprout each year.

I am in upper SC, and arborists do not know what it is.

See pics. First pic has a beautiful white spider on the bloom, can you find it? Could not upload pics.

Your pictures didn't load, but based on your description, I am thinking it might be Clerodendrum trichotomum, Japanese clerodendrum.

The pink-and-blue after the flowers is fruits. The seedlings are root suckers.

Take a look at the bark, too. Dark, a tiny bit of shine & with lenticils (those little lines on the bark) a bit like cherry.
