I purchased this a few months ago in a hanging basket and soon found that cuttings never seemed to die. Sections that fell to the ground (due to wind/damage) are growing beneath the plant, and I'm able to cut off a vine, put it in dirt, and give it away to friends.

Anyone know what this is? I think it may be semi-succulent. Winter is coming and I need to know if it will withstand our freeze in Maryland.
