Greenhouse ideas for incredibly problematic site (on a swamp)

I'd like to put in a greenhouse this summer but the location is so unique I am unable to find info on what is actually possible. Hoping someone here may have an idea!

I have very wet land that floods every couple years up to 2' deep. This is not generally during growing season so crops mainly unaffected. To get around this for gardens I build raised beds- simply mounds of soil. It's been working great for even fruit trees.

The GH will need to go on top of a mound- so there won't be concrete/gravel foundation- it will be soil to grow directly in.

To complicate this further- we get good strong winds here and I can't think of a sure way to bolt down. You can actually push a rebar stake 6' deep into the ground by hand!

Wind would push over any GH no secured.

I'd prefer a tunnel style (10' x 20' aprox) but very much open to a smaller glass/polycarbonate if that would be the only practical option.

Thanks for any ideas.
