Blue flower seen in Valldemossa, Majorca

This is a not so great photo I took of a blue flowered slightly woody plant growing in the monastery garden at Valldemossa, Majorca (Mallorca). It is currently (early October) in bloom and growing in a full sun dry location. The particular one I photographed was growing in a crevice in a wall and was about a foot tall. The plants in the ground are about two feet tall. The actual blooms are more blue than the lavender shown in the photo. There is part of a grape vine visible in the upper right corner, and the white "fluff" apparently over the top of the middle umbrel is a reflective palm leaf in the background, not part of the blue flowering plant in the foreground. Thanks for any help you can give me.

At first glance it looks like a type of Trachelium.
