Planted bare root rose 2 days ago,,,looking sad what to do

Hi, I just planted 2 bare root Z.Drouhins two days ago and the one I left in tact with all the surrounding dirt (plus I amended the soil in this bed)looks fine. The one that concerns me is one where the soil all fell off and left truly the roots which I carefully put in it's hole with good organic rose soil etc. is not looking good. It looked fine while waiting (embarrased to say 3 weeks in the area B4 planting but it did adjust nicely and put out new growth) to be planted but I noticed yesterday that the new growth is drooping. Anything I can do to pep it up? I don't want to lose it since it took me a while to find the Zeph.Drouhin that is right for this rather shady area I have. Gets afternoon sun for about 2-3 hours per day.

This a.m. I did notice some green aphids I think that weren't on the plant when I put in the ground or at least I don't think so. Should I spray it or would that further put the rose in jeopardy? Thank you all for your help. Nicole
